Message frequency varies based on the status of your active project(s). During an active restoration or construction project, you may receive up to 15 messages per month. Once your project is completed, messaging will stop unless you are involved in a new project. Recurring messages will continue until you opt out.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply to any messages sent or received. ServiceMaster by Lakota is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless provider. Please contact your carrier for pricing details specific to your plan.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from ServiceMaster by Lakota. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send you a single confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from this program.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
